Boards I ride in the pool now 4”8 vercelli shapes . Pool skate . jay Adams fav in the ocean shrunk down to fit the pool. Lots of tech packed into a board that literally does feel like a skate . . Have any questions on what to ride if your thinking about giving the pool a try hit me up . Happy to help . If your sick of only 3 or 4 waves in a 2 hour surf , or having to constantly jokey yourself into position when it’s packed to the gills I highly recommend you come check out the line up at wai Kai . The older I got the more tired I was of having to deal with crowds , donkeys and a limited amount of waves . You get use to being stoked on catching 2 good ones lol. Now I get about 15 every time I surf a session . It’s pretty satisfying if you ask me . Not to mention it’s probably one of the gnarliest cardio work outs there is and strengthens your legs a lot more than in the ocean . . After 15 leg burners. I can barely walk up the steps lol. My recommendation, don’t worry about what other people think ,they re just sheep following what all the other sheep think . Break free from dealing with small waves , windy conditions , crowds that can fill a stadium and get yourself 10 sick ones instead of 1 or 2 . . I won’t be offended if your don’t wanna try it , the less people the more for me lol. . This will be my one and only plug cause I’m not trying to turn the pool into the ocean. I no longer fell the need nor do I want to have to deal with crowds and a bunch goobers paddling circles around each other . . You can have it . , I’m straight

Such a mission . Drove the scooter to the pool from town today . Through the westside . Thought dog the bounty hunter was gonna pop out at NY SECOND . Then made the mistake of leaving after dark to head home , gps was fukd and I ended up somewhere on the west side on a bike path that was pitch black ,, all of a sudden I come up to this bridge and there’s 4 of the biggest Hawaiians I ever seen chilling in the dark on this bridge , I stopped and asked if it was cool to past they all laughed lol . As I kept going down this bike path it was super dark I was behind some apartment and the fukn path hits a dead end , had to go all the way back pass the bradahs that I figure we’re gonna probably through my ass in the lake , got lost and said screw and hopes on the H1 on my shit scooter that barley does 45. Left the pool at 8 got home at 11pm . Was gnar. Never doing that drive back at night again .fuk that..

Always find the time to hang with your friends and live life . .life is short so I’m trying to squeeze as much fun as I can out of it before it’s over. . If there’s one thing I did right in my life it’s not following most of my friends back home and getting married and being completely locked down . No divorces no working 9 tio 5 everyday to support a family and a chick that could turn on a dime one day and tell you she’s done and taking half of what you got , no in-laws not crying kids , , I use to think I wanted all that . Thank the lord that didn’t happen to me . Once that happened to most my friends the friendships ceased to exist . If you don’t have all that then there’s something wrong with you lol being stuck with the same chick for 30 years no thanks lol . I’m good . I’ll go with the variety pack and still keep doing what makes me happy and fulfilled . . If I got caught up in all that shit none of what’s about to happen would have ever gone down . . Leaving Cali open up my eyes to how much is still possible . So cal is the biggest trap ever . Some how I got out the sheep’s pen . Wouldn’t live there again if you paid me . Where dreams are killed and lives are lost lol fuk dat……

Even after having to use 2 different fins on each side and riding as a twin fin the board still worked insane super fast, responsive And still held rail when I wanted it to . Anyone who plans on coming to surf the pool should invest in a pool skate. Board fits the wave perfect at 4’8. Thank you for bring that to pool today boss you da man .
